Return Policy & Important Info
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER:
We are committed to customer satisfaction and it is our top priority. Please contact us within 2 days of confirmation of receipt by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. In your email include your name, order number, pictures of any defects and reason for return. Please allow 48 hours for us to respond to your email with instructions before sending any items back. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ALL RETURNS MUST have tags attached & be in their original packaging. No exceptions. Items must NOT worn or washed. Items that appear to be worn, washed, have pet hair, stains, odors, deodorant, smoke, smell of perfume, etc. will not be accepted for return and will be rejected. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you. Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
***Wigs, jewelry, accessories or personal care items, Preorder or Presale items, items bought with a coupon code, rewards, store credit and sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.***
If you notice an item is defective after the 2-day period, we can NOT accept the return.
We are not responsible for damages or defects that occur after they have been delivered.
We are happy to be able to offer you third party payment options at checkout. Make interest free, bi-weekly payments for your order. Buy Now, Pay Later and your order ships immediately.
If you use Sezzle, Shop Pay, PayPal Pay in 4 or Affirm to pay for your order & you return those items, you will still be responsible for making those payments. We offer store credit for returns, however we are not authorized to make changes, cancel or modify any third party payments or account info. These are all separate companies that you made a payment agreement with. Please contact them directly with any questions.
We are not able to process order cancellations or make changes to your order once you have completed the checkout process. Please review your order to make sure the information is correct BEFORE checking out. We cannot cancel or add any discount codes after the sale is complete. If you accidentally order the same item 2 times, it is your responsibility to send back the extra item (in accordance with our return policy).
Please do not request to cancel your order after you have completed the checkout process as we will not be able to honor your request.
